Return and Refund Policy
At SK Print & Signage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options.
1. Custom and Personalized Items
Because the majority of our products (including banners, custom vehicle graphics, acrylic signs, and custom-sized corflute signs) are custom-made to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom products due to change of mind.
- Please review all design proofs, dimensions, and spelling carefully before approving your order for production.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or if we sent you the wrong item, we will fix it immediately at no extra cost to you.
- Reporting Window: You must report any damage or defects within 5 days of receiving your items.
- How to Report: Email us at info@skprint.com.au with your order number and clear photos showing the defect or transit damage.
- Resolution: We will print and ship a replacement item to you as a priority, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
3. Standard (Non-Custom) Items
For any standard, non-custom items sold on our website:
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be completely unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item.
- Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.
